Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ORIZON SYSTEMS LLC (“Reelabratory,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use Reelabratory’s website, mobile apps, and creative services.

Information we collect

  • Account details such as username, email, display name, authentication provider, plan, and login timestamps.
  • Content you choose to upload or create, including photos, videos, audio, voice samples, captions, brand settings, projects, campaigns, and feedback.
  • Product activity needed to operate and improve the service, such as feature events, render status, quality results, device/browser type, IP-derived security signals, and error logs.
  • Connected-service details. OAuth access tokens for approved social connections are encrypted at rest; we do not store your social-media password.
  • Billing records from our payment processor if paid plans are activated. Reelabratory does not store full payment-card numbers.

How we use information

We use it to authenticate you, store and render your projects, personalize creative suggestions, learn from feedback and campaign outcomes, detect abuse, provide support, communicate service changes, process billing, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing and voice

Selected media, prompts, transcripts, or voice samples may be sent to configured AI or voice providers only to provide the feature you requested. Voice cloning requires your confirmation that the sample is yours or that you have permission to use it. Provider retention can be governed by its contract and settings. Delete your voice profile or account to request linked provider cleanup; if immediate provider deletion fails, it is queued for follow-up.

Sharing and service providers

We share only what is reasonably necessary with hosting, database/storage, email, analytics, AI, voice, payment, security, and social-platform providers acting for us, or when you direct us to publish or export. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse, or complete a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards.

Retention, control, and deletion

Projects and account data are retained while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, backup, or billing obligations. You can delete projects, private music, voice profiles, connected content, or your entire account. Account deletion signs you out and removes account-linked active data; limited backup or legally required records may remain temporarily until normal expiration.

Security

We use encrypted transport, signed secure sessions, account-level authorization, rate limits, restricted secret storage, encrypted social tokens, and backup/restore controls. No online service can promise absolute security. Protect your password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about processing. We verify requests before acting. California residents may also request the categories and purposes of personal information handled; Reelabratory does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children and international use

Reelabratory is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use it only with a parent or guardian’s permission. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers.
