Clear rules, creative freedom
Terms of Service
Effective August 23, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and ORIZON SYSTEMS LLC for use of Reelabratory. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these Terms. Minors must have permission from a parent or guardian. Keep account credentials accurate and secure, and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of content you upload and finished output you are legally entitled to use. You give Reelabratory a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, modify, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service and the features you request. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to temporary backups and legal obligations.
Your responsibility for rights and consent
You must have all necessary rights and permissions for footage, faces, voices, music, trademarks, locations, and other material you upload or publish. Do not clone or impersonate someone’s voice without clear permission. Reelabratory’s rights labels and checks assist your workflow but are not legal clearance or a guarantee that a use is permitted.
AI output and creative performance
AI-generated edits, captions, suggestions, predictions, and other outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to material produced for others. Review every output before publishing. We do not guarantee views, engagement, revenue, platform acceptance, or legal compliance, and you should not rely on Reelabratory as legal, financial, or professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Reelabratory to violate law or another person’s rights; create deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate material, sexual content involving minors, malware, harassment, fraud, or hateful or violent abuse; defeat access controls; scrape or overload the service; resell unauthorized access; or publish content in violation of a connected platform’s rules. We may block or remove content and suspend accounts when reasonably needed to protect people, the service, or legal rights.
Connected services and publishing
Google, Apple, Meta, TikTok, Stripe, AI providers, and other connected services have their own terms and availability. You authorize the actions you approve through Reelabratory. Provider review, outages, policy changes, or account restrictions can prevent sign-in or publishing. A scheduled job is not considered published until the provider confirms it.
Beta, paid plans, refunds, and taxes
The beta may be free, limited, changed, or ended. Before paid plans begin, price, renewal frequency, included usage, refund terms, and applicable taxes will be shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled through the provided billing controls. App-store purchases are also governed by the store’s billing and refund rules.
Availability, changes, and termination
We may update features, limits, security controls, or these Terms and may suspend the service for maintenance or safety. You may stop using Reelabratory and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, legal requirement, security threat, or risk of harm, with notice when reasonably possible.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelabratory is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. ORIZON SYSTEMS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they apply only where lawful.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify ORIZON SYSTEMS LLC from third-party claims arising from your content, your publishing activity, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights, except to the extent caused by our own unlawful conduct.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by California law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California will handle disputes unless consumer law requires another forum. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Questions or copyright notices can be sent to [email protected].
This launch draft covers the product’s current data and creator workflows. A licensed attorney should review it before a broad paid release, especially the liability, dispute, copyright, privacy-jurisdiction, and subscription sections.
